一份cover letter并不是我們認為的那樣容易。首先，在寫求職信的時候需要考慮職位是否符合我們的要求，一切都要緊扣job description，一些加分的工作技能也是很有必要的。就是人家要求啥，你就會啥，這樣人家才會看你的求職信。如果你會的都是人家不需要的，那么就不會是一封成功的求職信。

求職信的呼語很重要。如果不甚弄錯了稱呼，hr對應聘者的印象就會大打折扣。對于親密的朋友如何稱呼，正式場合下如何稱呼別人，話說我之前還真的分不清，直接都是dear xxx一語帶過。如果不清楚看求職信的人是誰，呼語就不要加職位稱呼。

再來說落款，我之前寫信都是用yours xxx，但是聽了dolly老師的系統(tǒng)介紹，我才知道這個稱呼落款是私人信件常用的。而在求職信這樣比較正式的情況一般不用。并且，英式說法和美式英語的落款說法也是不同的。如果你應聘外企的時候，不知道對方是老美還是老英，最好還是直接用“sincerely，”比較好。

總之，關系遠近、親屬、正式非正式場合的稱呼和落款都是不一樣的，這一點我以后再也不能小瞧了。說不定，僅僅是因為稱呼的錯誤使用，就導致滿盤皆輸那就不劃算了，所以在這里也希望看文的大家以后可以注意這個問題。
