這次英語考試成績實在不理想，經(jīng)過深刻反省，我總結(jié)幾點原因：

1、思想意識水平不夠高。思想意識是一個學生成才、提高成績的基本條件，我沒有清晰地意識到什么是學生的基本任務，學生的基本任務就是學習。

2、沒有正確的學習態(tài)度。思想與態(tài)度是互補的關(guān)系，一個端正的學習態(tài)度，塑造一個認真學習的學生，是提高成績的重要基礎(chǔ)。

3、基本知識不扎實。英語學習講究平時積累，考試零食抱佛腳是作用不大的。我平時就是少了一些英語知識積累，這是不可否認的缺點。

七月驕陽似火，老師們的學習熱情似火，這是我在以往的培訓中所不曾見到的。一次普通的口語與聽力考試，竟變成了一次課堂精彩片斷展示。口語老師擔心的怕冷場的外教口語課，變成了一次輕松的交流座談會……….

讓我感受最深的是教研室王老師講到小學英語課堂應以興趣為主?！芭d趣是最好的老師”，有興趣才能把課本教活、教好。有了愛好，學生才能想學、樂學。我認為提趣是小學英語教學的根本。那么，如何培養(yǎng)學生愛好呢?

一、形式新奇，培養(yǎng)學生愛好

1.運用教具和電化教學手段培養(yǎng)愛好

豐富多彩，形象逼真的畫面，使學生獲得身臨其境的真實體驗激發(fā)學生們強烈的求知欲，提起學生們對英語的愛好，使學生們在不知不覺中熟悉了英語，練習了英語。

2.開展課外活動，培養(yǎng)愛好

開展多種有愛好的課外活動是培養(yǎng)學生英語學習愛好的有效途徑如開展簡單的英語會話，what's your name? my name is…… how old are you?高年級的學生可以用英語表演一些簡單的小節(jié)目或老師給學生講一些英美國家的風土人情天文地理等知識。這些活動不僅可以增強學生學習英語的信心，保持學習英語的持久愛好.而且使學生有更多的機會接觸英語，增強實踐機會，調(diào)動學生學習英語的主動性。

二、組織情境教學。提高學生的學習愛好

小學英語教學以口語為主。重在交際，在聽、說的基礎(chǔ)上提高學生的讀寫能力課前，老師首先應該認真鉆研教材，吃透重點。在突破難點上下功夫，努力將每個步驟安排得井然有序。在教學過程中，要盡可能創(chuàng)設語言學習情景。可采用時說、時笑、時唱、時跳、時畫的方式。表現(xiàn)出各種神態(tài)表情。引導學生投人角色，主動學習變“要我學”為“我要學”。真正使英語課堂成為”寓教于樂的學習樂園。

三、培養(yǎng)情感。激發(fā)學生的學習愛好

教育家夏丐尊說過:“沒有愛就沒有教育”。教育沒有了情感，就成了無源之水。教師對學生真摯的愛是我們感染學生的情感魅力。教師只有熱愛學生，才能提高學生的學習愛好。在課堂上，教師從自己的舉手投足向?qū)W生傳遞關(guān)愛、信任、期望等信息。以情激趣，多表揚，少批評;多鼓勵，少指責。如學生回答錯了問題，要鼓勵學生“try it again"。讓學生通過成功的體驗，提起學習的愛好。
